		<description>I think the key thing is whether permission is given. And I&#039;m not saying any specific employer would do this, just that if they do, most people would never know.</description>

		<description>Hey Walt,&lt;br&gt;This is a very interesting look at privacy and what &#039;they&#039; think is privacy and what &#039;we&#039; think is privacy.  I agree that the effort of deleting history in order to protect your privacy is not the solution.  I think this same issue dovetails into concerns about social networks scrubbing profiles for personal information and personal pictures and then porting that data into an advertising widget exploiting your data.  In both accounts, its an outside effort exploiting a technical descrepency - just because you &quot;can&quot; doesn&#039;t mean you should.
